Training

Länka mainly holds trainings around the psychotherapeutic method ISTDP. The introductory course in ISTDP is called pre-core and is a three-day training in ISTDP where the basics are taught via lecture, role play and film screening. The training is a prerequisite for attending the three-year core training, which is a more advanced training in ISTDP. The Core training includes teaching, role playing and supervision for the participants based on their own therapy work. The Core training starts continuously during the year. Länka provides guidance to ISTDP therapists specifically and lay psychologists/psychotherapists/medical staff in general who are interested in affect-focused therapy work. We supervise both individually and in groups.
We lecture at institutes and conferences on, among other things, ISTDP, deliberate practice and psychedelic assisted therapy.
